RETURNS POLICY

 

Due to the nature of our products ONLY items that are not personallised may be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods and in the original condition

 

All returns P&P costs are payable by the customer and

no refund of postage incurred will be given by POPPIES

 

You should expect to recieve your refund within 2 weeks however in many cases this will be much sooner

 

If you need to return an item please contact us for return address details, we will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item
